Customer Service and Collections Representative
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service and Collections representative will provide excellent service to the customer by phone, to educate them on any concerns/disputes that they may have on the services offered to the customer. Explain to the customer about the delinquency on the account and collect the required amount, process the payments along with explaining the benefits of paying and keeping the account in current standing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides accurate resolution regarding problems/ credit terms with customer's account and payments. Must be willing to go the extra mile to work with the customer on payment options, payment plans and to appropriately escalate any dispute that the customer may raise Accurately documents all actions taken during each transaction with the customer as required. Must be willing to adhere to the shift schedule that is provided to them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Word processing skills, ability to type up to 40 words per minute.
Minimum of four (4) CXC subjects including English and a numeric subject.
1 Year Customer Service experience or 1 year Collections experience and Familiarity with MS Windows, Office and Internet platforms. Flexible to work nights, holidays and weekends.
