A courier company is seeking to employ several individuals to work as Package Handlers.
Description of Duties
Assist with the clearing of packages throughout Jamaica Customs and facilitating delivery to the customer collection point. Requirements
*Preferably mature and discipline male individuals *minimum of 5 CXC subjects (including Math and English), or the equivalent.
*Be physically strong and agile, as you will be lifting and moving packages that are as heavy as 70lbs or more.
*Have knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of hand-held tools and other materials to open and seal packages
*Have good hand-eye coordination and be able to pick out packages according to instructions provided
*Exceptional oral and written communication and listening skills
*Be computer literate.
*High level of professionalism, self-motivated and result-oriented.
*Must be able to work on own initiative.
