We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help grow and improve customer success. The Customer Service Agent position is designed to help new and existing clients by producing seamless and professional customer service.
Requirements
-The agent should be independent, and could easily understand processes.
-The rep should have an understanding of SQL and Active Directory.
-It is best that the candidate already has experience with Remote Web App and cloud phone tools and knows his or her way with Microsoft tools (Office Suite, Windows OS).
-It is not required but it will be a plus if the candidate has dealt with accounts related to piping and pressure vessels and has experience talking to quality control managers, welding engineers, mechanical engineers, and plant managers."

Salesforce, RingCentral, MS Office, Slack, Thales/JAMALTO Licensing System (preferred, but not required)
