JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports and assists the HR Team in the implementation of Human Resource activities
Supports the establishment of company policies, SOPs and Organizational Structure & Development
Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
Processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (Employee Master List, Organizational Chart, Billing Reports, etc.)
Supports the Company’s Compensation and Benefits Initiative
Creates Employee Engagement Activities (birthdays, work anniversaries, monthly and occasional engagements)
Supports the HR Team on Monthly Town Hall Preparations & Executions
Supports in maintaining Hubstaff
Supports in doing Employee Check-in Calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BS/AB in Psychology or BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development
Has relevant work experience in general HR is an advantage
Has Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has experience with Canva, Hubstaff, G-Suite, and Hubspot is a plus.
Works with integrity and can work well under pressure
Must be keen on details and can work with less supervision
Able to provide actionable HR best practices initiatives
Willing to work on a PH graveyard shift
Experience in E-Commerce industry is a plus
Interested in a long-term and full-time position with growth opportunities
With reliable internet connection and back-up power plan
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
