Clean and sanitize production area
Accurately mix contents
Packaging, weighting and labeling products
Accurately monitor and report inventory and productivity
Follow all procedures in the preparation of cured products
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills Required:
Work Experience in a similar environment (would be an asset)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well in teams
Ability to pay keen attention to tasks, learn procedures quickly and avoid injury and waste of product
Focus and alert

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy to improving the heritability of the desired trait of the animal
- Order which animal is suitable for slaughtering, weaning etc.
- Monitor progress on artificial insemination
- Improve carcass weight and ensure proper standards are maintained
- Develop breed program and continuous improvement in the quality of breed stock
- Study and analyze animals
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency of reproduction of breeding stock (litter size, farrowing interval and longevity)
- Monitor feed efficiency and growth rate
- Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor genetic provided (semen for artificial insemination)
- Conduct lab test and genetic research
- Report and log animal trends
- Map the genomes of various species
Qualifications and Experience:
BSc in Livestock/Animal Science or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
2-3 years working with animals
Skills Required:
- Communication-explain findings and the implications of findings
- Data analysis- analyze data collected from research and find solutions
- Able to use laboratory equipment and possess troubleshooting skill
- Work well with team members and excellent record keeping ability
Special Requirement:
Food Handlers Permit

PROCESSING PLANT SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Processing Plant Supervisor is responsible in ensuring projects are completed on time that product quality standards are being met whilst processing and is also responsible to ensure quality produce are delivered to the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with relevant Managers in order to organize production schedule
- Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Determining quality control standards for the Processing department
- Overseeing production processes
- Prepare reports after the completion of the production of each batch of products with all necessary documents.
- Develop, implement and monitor the optimum nutrition contents of products
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality
- Ensuring the wholesomeness of raw material
- Determine the readiness and wholesomeness of finished products
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc. Food Chemistry | Associates Degree of Equivalent in Food Production
- 3-5 years’ experience
Skills Required:
- Leadership

Qualifications
- Diploma &/or Meat Cutter Certification
- Basic literacy and computation skills
Experience:
- 2-5 yrs. Food Processing/ Butchering Experience would be an asset
- 2-3 yrs. Meat Cutting Experience using Bandsaw
Skills Required:
- Customer service oriented and courteous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well in teams
