ModSquad has partnered with an online college book retailer; mods will provide support via phone and email to students, teachers, and faculty.

What we ae looking for
- Professional-level English skills
- Customer service experience on live calls
- A working headset
- Quiet area to take calls
- Tech support skills (a plus; not required)
- Familiarity with online education services (a plus; not required)
- 30 wpm typing speed
- Hard-wired internet (no wi-fi)
- Able to commit to 30 hours per week
- Willing to take phone calls
- Willing to download a virtual work environment
