 Assistant General Manager (AGM) 


for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate should be a multi-faceted leader, capable of handling senior-level responsibilities in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in digital marketing, sales promotions, and business development.

Location: Hybrid – Jamaica (Primary) / Remote as needed.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Roles Include:
- Oversee project execution and internal operations.
 - Ensure profitability and efficiency across workflows.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams.
 - Manage financial tracking, budgeting, and resourcing.
- Drive internal accountability and strategic alignment.
 -Support business development and proposal execution.

You Are:
- A strategic executor with 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or agency leadership.
- Strong background in digital marketing and the ability to integrate digital campaigns.
 - Experienced with sales promotions and understanding of business value.
-Versatile and business-savvy with a deep knowledge of marketing, communication, and branding
 -Fluent in managing people, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
