📋 Your Mission Will Be To:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
Handle back-office tasks and assist with B2B and B2C support (emails, tickets, and order management)
Provide personalized product recommendations—including color matching to ensure customers find their perfect shade
Address questions and save the sale by turning concerns into confidence
Accurately log product concerns and feedback
Assist with data entry into QuickBooks as needed
Stay informed about current products and beauty trends
