The Trelawny Health Services (a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Health) requires
Hospital Attendants Pantry (HSC/HS 1) for the Falmouth Public General Hospital
(Field Hospital) in the Dietary Department,
Responsibilities
► Deliver mcals to pantries / wards
► Wash large equipments and utensils used in meal preparation
Butcher meats for 2-3 meals per day
Daily cleaning of large equipments, maintain floor, upkeep during meal preparation
and carry out prompt disposal of garbage
Assist with the general cleanliness and orderliness of the main kitchen
Packed meals in trolley for distribution to the wards
> Cleaned stove daily
Qualification
> Level 1 & 2 Certification in Food & Beverage Preparation
► Valid Food Handlers Permit
Minimum two (2) years experience in similar capacity
Requirements
► Proactive work attitude and good interpersonal relations skills
→ The ability to work on own initiative.
> Good mental health
