Customer Service Bank Specialist

Trim (https://www.asktrim.com/) is looking for experienced professionals to be expert negotiators for our customers and interact on the phone with our customers and their banks.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct around 10 calls per day in an 8-hour shift
-Lead conversations on the client’s behalf with bank representatives while diligently finding as much savings for them as possible
-Provide feedback to the team as we test new processes

Preferred experience in any of the following:
-Customer service experience from major bank’s credit card departments (Chase, Bank of America, etc.).
-Debt settlement negotiators for debt relief companies
-Salesperson for financial services

Qualifications:
-English language fluency (spoken and written)
-Highest level of professionalism and customer service standard
-Strong critical thinking skills
-Basic technical capabilities to utilize Trim’s back-end systems and coordinate 3-way calls with customers and banks. Experience using G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar).
-At least 1 year of experience in an English speaking, customer facing role
-Past experience with PII (personally identifiable information) protocols
