Executive Project Management Assistant - Remote

Achieve Test Prep is currently seeking a Personal Assistant with a successful track record as a project manager  to ensure that critical tasks are executed in a coordinated and timely manner in a fast-paced environment. This individual will have a wide variety of responsibilities involving project management, operational readiness support, and business analysis. This position reports directly to Achieve’s Director of Retention.

 

Responsibilities


  • Assist the Director to ensure projects are aligned with goals, organized and up to date

  • Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

  • Perform quality control on multiple projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected

  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with multiple projects

  • Adjust schedules and targets for projects as needed

  • Research and analyze data and/or processes to ensure our focus efforts will improve the overall customer experience and/or revenue dollars

  • Create, edit, and maintain google sheet reports

  • Serve as a point of contact when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

  • Delegate project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them

  • Help edit and modify written customer communications, and internal scripts

  • Assist with all other projects as needed


 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Available Mon-Fri during during 40 hours per week from 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Time

  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in English and be an excellent communicator

  • Some College or high school diploma and conclusive experience in project management/business process/operational analysis in a wide range of subject areas

  • Demonstrated proficiency planning and organizational abilities while still remaining flexible and adaptable

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including; Word, Excel and/or Google Suite including: Docs, Sheets and Calendar

  • Detail and goal-oriented

  • Customer-centric, self-driven individual

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Designated professional and equipped (laptop/desktop/reliable internet connection), quiet space
