INBOUND SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)
Summary of the Position:
The Influx Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) monitors inbound sales
channels to respond to new leads quickly and accurately. Through a quick understanding
of the lead’s information, the inbound SDR responds through the appropriate digital
channel to guide the new prospect to the best possible solution.
We’re looking for a sales representative with a high level of attention to detail who can
follow guidelines well.
The main goal is to send timely, relevant messages to qualified prospects so that they
book future meetings with sales. Furthermore, the candidate should strive to ensure that
unqualified prospects receive a response, and are directed to look elsewhere to solve their
needs.
Essential Duties:
Respond to inbound inquiries with written messaging in a timely, efficient and
professional manner
Use Influx’s internal systems of Outreach, Slack, Intercom, and Missive to check
for inbound inquiries and record information accurately
Follow guidelines to send appropriate email templates depending on the
information in the inbound inquiry
Escalate detailed inquiries to the appropriate person per guidelines
Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
Must have excellent organizational and written communication skills
Working knowledge of using templates to respond to emails
Requires the ability to use multiple systems to monitor inbound inquiries
Must be able to work during designated hours and respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes
Sales Rep Evaluation:
Speed to response <5 min
Quality above 95% in qualifying lead correctly
Meetings Booked / Qualified Leads Received
High CSAT and/or few inconvenienced customers
Internet Requirement:
Internet Speed of 30- 40 Mbps, Latency -15 ms, Loaded-99 ms upload speed-19mbps.
Systems - Windows 10 Ram 8.0 GB 0r more, 32 -bit Operating system.
