• Tertiary Education
• At least 5 CXC Passes including English
Ability to articulate well and speak confidently over the phone
• Must be passionate about Customer service and
willing to learn.

• Must be flexible enough to adjust to time changes to accommodate workflow 9am-5:30pm/11am-
7pm/9:30-6pm.
