Job Summary Responsibilities:
• Must offer value add and/or cost savings to Customer
• Follow up on each sale to make sure it is settled
Required Experience:
• 2-3 years’ experience in outbound Sales
• Ability to make 200 to 300 outbound calls per day with an autodialer
• Upselling and objection handling experience turning cold calls into sales
• Excellent communication skills whilst building rapport with prospective clients.
• Familiarity with sales jargons and protocols
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Microsoft Word and Outlook)
• Strong phone, typing or data entry skills required
In addition, you'll need to be able to:
• Work in a fast-paced, high energy call center environment without being distracted (music played throughout the day).
• Sit or stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Hear and talk on a phone head/hand set.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
1. Provide information about telecomm services 2. Ability to interact with customers by email and by phone; must write well, using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
3. Must be able to exceed sales target daily and follow up with telecomm installation

• Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult customers or installers
Qualification and Experience
· Minimum of 5 CXC’s including office procedures, Math, and English
· Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
· 1-2 years’ experience working in the same capacity
