Requirements:
Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analysis.Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates..Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websitesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems such as ActiveCampaign, Hubspot is a plus.Strong interpersonal skillsTeam spiritPrevious customer service experience is a plusAble to communicate via Zoom Video, Slack, and Email.Reliable internet connection required.Looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities
Compensation:
$3 USD/hr with promotion opportunitiesChristmas/13th month Bonus6 days PTO (Paid Time Off)
