in St Ann.
Job Summary:
The job of Farm Manager plans and coordinates daily activities for production of Tomato and Coffee
crops. This position includes facility management, logistics, capacity planning and other activities related
to oversight of the financial performance of a Tomato or Coffee Farms.
Responsibilities will also include task prioritization and employee scheduling, as well as work area
organization. Implementation of standardized tracking, and operating procedures pertaining to daily tasks
and grow cycle timelines will be essential components of the Farm Manager’s workload.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The candidate must apply their extensive knowledge to not only ensure the highest level of plant care, but
supervise a team of growers with varying levels of experience, to maintain consistent high-quality
production. The ideal candidate will create a system of procedures that can be replicated, resulting in
consistent top-level quality product.
• Daily and weekly reports
• Employee management and education
• Scheduling of employees
• Prioritizing of tasks throughout the grow cycle
• Daily implementation and decision making around crop needs (e.g. irrigation fertility EC and pH
management pest management).
• Finish crops on time at the correct quantities and according to internal harvest specifications.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to maintain detailed notes related to
crops produced.
• Participate in developing and implementing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to
advance the Company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
• Comply with all applicable government regulations of the RADA, M.O.H, Company policies and
procedures, and ensure accountability for same among staff, including sanitation, security,
workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to-sale software requirements, among others.
• Inventory oversight and management.
• Supports the General Manager with all compliance issues related to the Grow department.
• Ensures constant updates are provided for any and all Grow-related equipment.
• Conducts studies, identifies problems, recommends alternatives and implements solutions in
coordination with the CEO.
• Continually reviews current systems for operational efficiency.

*Must have at least 3 years of commercial/professional grow experience in an indoor only facility.
