We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!
Duties
You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.
Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via phone, email, chat.
Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our customers
Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Your commitment
Candidate must have experience in phone support
Speak Fluent English Language
Experience or knowledge of Graphic Design
Exceptional Computer Skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Able to build a good rapport with clients
The ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on)
Have your own laptop
Noise-canceling headset
Reliable internet connection
