Full Job Description:
We are looking for a virtual assistant who will be actively helping our customers (Coaches) with their business, as well as providing them support through our support software (Intercom)
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has 1-3 years of customer service experience.
Qualified candidates will also have experience with video calls, recording screen-sharing videos, phone call support, good writing skills, and creating and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Customer Service Communication skills (fluent in English)
Digital project management experience
Knowledge of Intercom, or willingness to learn to use it efficiently
Exemplary organization skills
Excellent follow-through and implementation skills
Self-starter, autonomous and has a team player attitude
Desire to genuinely help our customers (Coaches) succeed
Provide quality customer service to customers and potential new customers
Ability to have onboarding Zoom calls with customers
Ability to create, manage, and update documentation of the platform
Ability to record quick Loom videos for Clients
Duties:
Responsible for keeping the ticket and support email response time in under 24 hours
Teaching customers how to use the platform
Manage customer satisfaction
Create bug reports, and communicate fixes and updates to the customers
Keep track of feedback requests
Ongoing status meetings with the Customer support team
When required, collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure high quality of customer experience
