We are seeking Full-time LIVE-IN Caregivers to work in GEORGIA USA personal care homes. (VISA REQUIRED)
We are currently looking for mature, caring, and compassionate applicants with a positive and patient demeanor for full-time live-in caregiver positions. Room and Board, 3 meals daily included. salary is $2,000 USD per month.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing watchful care and oversight of all residents. Identifying and recording changes in resident conditions. Meal planning and preparation. Assistance with medication, assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily living - bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence of bladder & bowel, ambulation, and transfers) as needed. Scheduling appointments and coordinating activities for residents. Maintaining resident files and charting progress notes. General House Keeping as well as daily sanitation of bathrooms and food preparation area. Compliance with state and regulatory services is strictly monitored, Caregiver must be able to identify potential issues and report to the Administrator to ensure the home consistently remains in compliance. Must have strong decision-making skills, ability to perform physical work, multi-task, and work well under pressure. Must be able to work independently without needing to be micro-managed and follow the state and regulatory guidelines.
Duties include:
*Housekeeping (Clean bedrooms, Bathrooms & Common areas)
*Bathe and dress patients
*Prepare/Serve meals and help patients eat
*Take vital signs
*Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden
*Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors
*Provide and empty bedpans
*Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.
*Answer patient calls
*Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds
*Clean and sanitize patient areas
*Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies
*Must be able to care for 3 residents
*Must have your own mailing address
*Must have experience with individuals with Dementia
Requirements:
*Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
*COVID 19 Vaccinated
*At least 1-year experience in Caregiving for the elderly or related field.
*Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs unassisted.
