Be comfortable making phone calls to maintenance vendors
Be comfortable filling out permitting applications
Be familiar with home maintenance: you won't have to do the maintenance on the vacation rentals, but you will help manage it!

Home maintenance and property maintenance knowledge
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks within the housekeeping department
Review housekeeping schedules weekly and communicate with teams (as needed) regarding special guest requests, small maintenance fixes, etc.
Help oversee the ordering process for housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.
Assist in preparation of monthly reports to housekeeping teams demonstrating quality control and clean score accountability
Lead newly sourced housekeeping contractors through the onboarding process.
Assist in oversight of home operations
Provide communicational and operational support to the concierge team to help solve any current and high priority issues within a guest stay.
Support home operations team in sourcing subcontracted work, acquiring estimates, budgeting costs for repairs or new builds and scheduling.
Help monitor home expense reports through payment discrepancies, forecasting and invoice approvals as they come through with finance.
Act as a liaison in home onboarding process
Provide administrative support to home onboarding processes including application submission for permitting and licensing
Manage the account set-ups and initial visits for all utilities associated with the new home such as electric, HVAC, water, gas, wifi, etc.
Finalize sourced contractors through the onboarding process with finance and scheduling.
General oversight in home maintenance/property management
Identify additional opportunities to improve homes and responsive corrections to guest reviews/suggestions.
Schedule long-term preventative maintenance items such as yearly HVAC, generator checks, home inspections, and license renewal.
