We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team at Romasco Group:
Restaurant Manager - Candidates must have strong food background and training in restaurant management; minimum 3-5 years' experience.
Bartender - 1-year experience in the beverage area in a fine dining establishment. Knowledge of wine service and cocktail mixing in a high-volume bar is required.
Server - The ability to work efficiently and effectively to cater to all culinary requests with a smile and to provide a memorable dining experience. Minimum 6 months experience.
Hostess - Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while being able to project a professional appearance.
Dishwasher - Ensure perfect sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, dishes, kitchen equipment and restaurant.
Head Accountant - minimum 5 years' experience in management capacity; excellent verbal and written
communication skills; knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage; familiar with general ledger and financial
statement preparation; able to meet reporting deadlines; must exercise high level of initiative and problem solving. Degree or ACCA/CPA designate.
Assistant Accountant - must have minimum 3 years' experience in accounting; able to communicate effectively; knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage; high level of accuracy and completeness required for
assignments. ACCA Level 2 or equivalent/Associate Degree.
Excursions Coordinator - strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills, high level of flexibility, accuracy and initiative required.
Tours Dispatcher - good command of English language and strong customer service skills, punctual and
dependable.
Ship & Tour Agent - must have minimum 2 years' experience in cruise and tour operations and be multi-
lingual.
Boat Captain - must be able to operate sail and motor boats and have valid STCW and Captain licence.
Boat Mate (must have STCW).
Ramp Agents - experience in the airline industry a plus, must possess a Driver's licence and be able to
operate standard vehicles.
Watersports Attendant - must be a strong swimmer, have snorkeling experience, can operate small
watercraft and can interact with guests.
Driver/Shuttle Tour Operator - must be driving for 5 years and over.
