Influx is looking for talented Customer Service Agents and Sales Agents to join our growing team.

We are currently looking for persons with:
At least 6 months experience
Willing to do DIGITAL, SALES or VOICE support with Influx ( P.s The sales option requires voice correspondence. )
NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED
Able to begin working IMMEDIATELY
Has the necessary tools for work i.e., A WORKING LAPTOP AND NOISE CANCELLING HEADSET
Quiet working environment
Able to work any 8 hr. shift between 8AM-8PM
Applicants with excellent track record in selling and influencing skills, and consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
Core Functions:
Consistently meet KPI targets
Execute transactions with an excellent telephone demeanor, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Work cooperatively on a team.
Adhere to all company guidelines regarding the delivery of service to customers.
