The Manager, eLearning is a new position that will help our adult-age customers learn and achieve their college goals in innovative ways. This position presents an exciting challenge for entrepreneurial-minded individuals with experience in creative and digital modes of education delivery. You will lead the team across curriculum and instructional functions.
Responsibilities
Develop a vision for eLearning and the strategies, roadmap and business case to create it.
Collaborate across Product, Development and eLearning teams to help our customers learn content in new and innovative ways across digital media.
Manage our prep course portfolio to adapt to market and customer needs.
Hire and engage our Instructors to increase retention, performance and compliance.
Lead our Curriculum team to develop educational content and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Education, Adult Education, or Learning Design
5+ years related experience
Have clear viewpoints on EdTech with the experience and/or knowledge to back them up.
Technically savvy individual who can manage supporting systems and identify areas to improve.
Have managed a team and are passionate about interacting with and developing people.
Strong initiative and excel at working independently in a remote environment.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Flexible schedule - ability to overlap at least 4 hours during an EST workday.
