As a Customer Service Specialist (bilingual) you will be responsible for resolving customer service questions regarding products, services and site navigation in a professional and efficient manner, both in English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include:
Answer all customer questions through various means (phone, chat, email and other means as they are developed) in a courteous and professional manner.
Accurately diagnose problems and present appropriate solutions/responses based on specified procedures.
Use appropriate systems and available resources as needed to help respond to each request.
Support and provide information to all internal and external clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Participate in communication and interdisciplinary meetings to support the team/domain/center.
Fulfill additional responsibilities as appropriate.

As a requirement a high school certificate with English language credits.
You must have a mastery of the English and Spanish language in both oral and written communication.
At least one (1) year of customer service or sales experience.
Preferably experience in a multi-channel customer service environment.
Knowledge and/or interest in network/Internet technology.
High motivation to act independently or to acquire additional knowledge or skills to help you play your role.
The ability to provide excellent customer service and multitasking.
Be willing to receive and act on comments obtained from various sources.
Ability to learn new technology quickly and have the ability to use multiple systems.
