ORGANIC VEGETABLE FARM in UNITED STATES Juniper Hill farm is seeking an equipment operator/farm worker. 
Our equipment operator joins the rest of our highly motivated, energetic farm team in carrying out tasks related to farming, harvest and construction projects on the farm. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various farm and construction equipment, driving various trucks and will possess adequate knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
Candidate must have some weekend availability as well as open schedule during planting and harvest season.
Equipment Operator/Farm Worker Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a range of equipment including tractors, forklifts, backhoes
• Perform equipment checks before driving to ensure equipment is ready for use
• Perform basic maintenance and repair to farm equipment
• Document all issues with equipment and communicate necessary repairs to others on Farm team
• Perform repairs to infrastructure on farm when needed
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs crates and boxes of food.
• Candidate must enjoy working as part of a team and be capable of communicating clearly both verbally and via email to others.
