Overview of the Position
NOTE**All hiring, applications, interviews, orientation and training will be done virtually.
The ideal candidate has a functioning computer and navigates the internet well, they like music and enjoy interacting with others. They have a safe, quiet environment to work from and are self motivated and punctual.
All agents must first certify their skill sets before being able to begin work. R&R will provide online Respect certifications for agents to complete after qualifying for the position. Once completed, a certificate will be issued.
Experienced debt collectors only need apply.
Wages will range between JM$500-$600 per hour for this position.
Responsibilities
We are currently hiring full-time experienced WFH Debt Collection agents.
Certified Agents will need to attend training sessions, work independently, self manage and manage their surroundings as well as the work.
Certified Agents will be required to manage their devices and internet connection as well as Headsets which may be provided.
A direct connection to the router will be required as WiFi will have latency issues.
Requirement
High school diploma (or equivalent)
6 months debt collection experience
Knowledge of FDCPA
Respectful communication skills
Reliable internet speed and broadband connection- *2-3 MGBS download and Upload
Compatible computer
A secure and quiet location in the home to work from
The ability to come on-site when necessary – you may need you to attend meetings, pick-up/drop-off equipment or attend special events from time-to-time
